Real integrations

Here’s how
we use it.

We built SupaKnock
for our own apps too.

JoyPass, Glean, and Beacon use SupaKnock for feedback and support. Each has its own website and native iPhone screens. Below, you can see the integrations and visit the live feedback pages. The native customer screens use SupaKnock’s API.

01 / JoyPass

Feedback inside
JoyPass.

JoyPass uses its pink theme for both the website widget and native support screens. Users can send a message or suggest a feature without leaving the app.

02 / Glean

Support in
Glean.

Glean uses its own fonts and navy colors for feedback and support. The website and iPhone app both connect to its SupaKnock project.

03 / Beacon

Chat and feedback
in Beacon.

Beacon includes feedback boards and support chat on its website and in its iPhone app. Both use the same cream and rust colors as the rest of the product.

About these examples

Native screenshots show real Swift interfaces with demo data. Website screenshots show public integrations at the time of capture. Open any screenshot to see it at full size; external links open in a new tab.

Each app builds its own customer-facing native screens on SupaKnock’s API. The free SupaKnock iPhone companion is the separate app your team uses to reply and manage feedback.
